The University Village on Monarch Way, home of Old Dominion University, has been the home of Perfectly Frank ODU since its beginning. Growing as much as Old Dominion itself, P-Frank has become a staple for students and Norfolk locals alike. The quaint hole-in-the-wall has been standing strong since 2005.
