Team Work Makes the Dream Work

Serving others, working long hours through a maze of different orders, and making it a good dining experience, the PFrank team does it all! Anyone can be trained to serve a plate of food, but not everyone can put personality into the dish. We do and that’s the difference.

Emily Beach

Emily is a junior at Old Dominion University majoring in Digital Marketing. She loves to paint, surf, hang out with friends and is also a proud member of Zeta Tau Alpha!

Dominique Blackston

When Dom isn’t serving up fresh eats, you can find her camping, hanging with friends, or taking her dog to the beach. Pfranks is her home away from home!

Ainsley Cairns

Ainsley is a sophomore at ODU, majoring in Strategic Communication and soaking up college life. When she’s not at P-Frank, you can usually find her hanging out at the beach or enjoying fun with friends.

Kamarin Collier

Kam’s kindness shines through as she slays the lunch rush like a pro. When she’s not at P-Frank, you’ll find her working as a sports videographer for the Norfolk Tides and ODU or hanging out with friends.

Nate Dworchak

Nate is a junior at ODU majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology, with aspirations of working for the FBI in the future. He loves sports and is a proud member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity!

Gabby Johnson

Gabby is a second-year ODU student majoring in Speech-Language Pathology. When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her friends and family.

JJ Mariner

JJ is a senior at Norfolk State University majoring in Electronics Engineering, with plans to pursue a career in mechanical engineering. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and watching the sunset.

Charlotte Morris

Charlotte is a junior at Granby High School! She plays violin, bakes, hunts, and loves the beach!

Tarah Morris

Tarah is the owner of Perfectly Frank ODU. In her free time she loves to garden, thrift, craft, decorate, and spend time with her family.

Sarah Richardson

Sarah is a senior at ODU majoring in Sports Management. She also works with ODU Athletics and the Norfolk Tides. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and going to the gym!

Liam Sciortino

Liam graduated from ODU in 2025 with a bachelor’s in business management, and a minor in entrepreneurship. He was also the president of Sigma Nu at ODU for nearly 3 years. He is now the head manager of Perfectly Frank, with aspirations of taking over the restaurant!

Maia Soliman

Maia is a sophomore at ODU majoring in Biomedical Sciences (Pre-Health). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and singing!

Kayla Stevens

Kayla is a senior at ODU who’s always up for hanging with friends or soaking up sunshine outdoors. She keeps the vibes fun around P-Frank with her jokester mood while she powers through the shift!

Olivia Wallace

Olivia is a junior at ODU majoring in nursing. She loves to read, work out, and hang out with friends!

Carter Wood

Carter is a sophomore Cybersecurity student at ODU. He enjoys connecting with others, playing volleyball, and is a proud member of Sigma Nu!
